Christopher Hereghty
, owner and pastry chef, completed his culinary of arts apprenticeship at Baeckerei/Conditorei Haenseler of Switzerland and continued his professional development at Baeckerei Steiner in Zurich. He expanded his passionate skills and talents working with the most prestigious artists in his trade: Francois Payard in New York, Christophe Canet in Nice, and Ettore’s in Sacramento. Christopher's exquisite Swiss-French style flare can be seen in his cakes and creations, and stands unmatched in quality, style, and most importantly, taste.

Brian Hereghty, owner and business manager, completed his architect training in Switzerland and is responsible for designing the charming European-style patisserie. He shares with his brother, Christopher, the passions for making a quality pastry business.
